About Dani

I’ve been a student of yoga since high school, and at 23, I pursued my yoga certification, naturally stepping into teaching. Yoga quickly became one of my greatest passions, as I wanted to share the sense of peace and strength I felt in my own body with others. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching students across the country, both in person and via Zoom, ranging in age from 2 to 95. My students have included musicians, busy entrepreneurs, and high-profile individuals, each with unique needs and challenges. I continue to learn and grow as a teacher, and I truly love what I do—helping others connect with their bodies and experience the transformative power of yoga.

About the lesson

In our sessions, we typically begin with a 15-minute conversation to check in: How are you feeling? What’s been going on in your life? How does your body feel, and what would you like to feel? We’ll discuss what you need in that moment, allowing for a personalized approach. We may start with a seated meditation, a lying meditation, or simply in silence, allowing you to observe what’s going on in your mind and how you’re truly feeling. This creates space for you to connect with yourself honestly and deeply. After that, we’ll move into stretching and body movement, often beginning on your back or seated, transitioning through standing poses, and finishing back down on your back. We can stay seated the entire time if that’s what you’re seeking. As a holistic health coach, I can incorporate health coaching into your practice, supporting you with areas of your life where you’d like more space and balance. This helps you connect deeper to your body and reclaim your power to create the life you desire. I also integrate astrology into sessions, using it as a tool to guide you toward energies you can lean into for greater support. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel your absolute best in your body!
