About Ramóna
I am a newly certified yoga instructor with an international diploma and 1 year of dedicated personal practice.
I specialize in holistic sessions combining Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, and phytotherapy tips for deeper mind-body balance.
Patient and attentive, I fully understand the challenges of beginners and returners—because I am still growing myself.
I teach online worldwide via Zoom, in English or Hungarian, always tailored to your pace and goals.

My teaching method:
I teach with a holistic approach: combining asanas, breathwork, meditation, face yoga, and phytotherapy tips for complete mind-body balance.
A typical lesson:
60–90 minutes: 5–10 min warm-up breath and centering, 30–45 min main practice, 10–15 min face yoga or deep relaxation, closing meditation + herbal advice (10 min). Always personalized.

I offer more than just poses: full-body & mind wellness through yoga, face yoga, and natural plant support – flexible online sessions worldwide.
