About Skyrah
Hi,
I'm Skyrah, I grew up in Greece, I learned yoga with my mom when I was 7. Then rediscovered it when I studied theatre in London and fell in love with vinyasa and ashtanga. I learn from various teachers over the next 10 years and continue to learn more as I teach. In summer I teach retreats in Greece and the rest of the year I teach online. Hope to meet you on one of my classes. Drop in on a group classes or book a private session.

My vinyasa classes usually follow a rhythm of a short breathing exercise and warm up, then sun salutation and flow, followed by varied floor stretches and a meditation and relaxation.
I teach online only.
Class length is 1 hour.
