About Julia
Hello there! Let's get to know each other.
I am excited to let you know that I have recently achieved my Bachelor of Commerce!
BUT... My true passion lies in helping others achieve their wellness goals. That is what led me to become a yoga teacher and personal trainer, and it is the reason why I have been working in the health and fitness industry for the past five years.
In my down time, you can find me learning about wellness methods from both the Eastern and Western world.

Step 1 is learning about you. You can tell me as little or as much as you like, and we will take it from there. We will work together to create a methodology that works best for you, at your pace.
Our typical yoga/training session will last 45-120 minutes, depending on your needs and goals.
