About Giada
I love the way yoga has changed my look on life. The way it showed me a things under a new light and under a different perspective. I believe that each of us can experience this discipline as it suits better for himself at that moment.
I started by pure chance and I would never go back: ready for change?
Teaching this discipline is a passion: I love being able to make known and transmit what other teachers have been able to give me and continue to give me every day.

I teach both Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. In both cases, the lessons last approximately 90 minutes. As for Ashtanga, if you are a beginner, we will start from the basics and then gradually grow up to practice the entire series. I usually design the lessons in relation to the physical state of the students, in case of collective lessons I always offer variations according to students level.
