About Georgia

I graduated from the University of Calgary in 2020 where I received my honors degree and specialized in inclusive education. I have been working in specialized classroom settings ever since, with a specific focus on working with students who are blind and visually impaired. Prior to graduating, I worked in summer camp programming for 10 years! This experience has helped me to always bring fun into the classroom, and plan lessons that are creative, imagination-based, and engaging for students!

About the lesson

I have a vast experience teaching students across all grade levels (K-12). As a specialist special education teacher, I offer a wealth of knowledge and a diverse teaching practice. I can provide individualized programming that may not be available within a typical classroom setting. Additionally, I have an extensive toolbox of learning strategies that students can apply to their in-class learning.
