About Cynthia
I am a certified Special Education Teacher in Baltimore County with over 15 years of experience working with children and adolescents since 2010. I am trained in Orton-Gillingham reading instruction and have extensive experience supporting students with diverse learning needs, abilities, and learning styles. My approach focuses on building confidence, strengthening foundational skills, and helping students reach their academic goals through personalized, engaging instruction.
I offer one-on-one tutoring in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math for students in Kindergarten through 12th grade, as well as targeted reading intervention using Orton-Gillingham-based strategies. Whether your child needs support with homework, skill development, test preparation, organization, or academic confidence, I can create a customized plan to meet their needs.
