About Susan (Tova)
I am internationally certified with Stott Pilates and Basi Pilates and have explored many other schools and styles in the Pilates world. I have studied Biomechanics Corrective Exercise as well as Pilates for neurological conditions, and have worked with pre and postnatal clients.

I teach both classic and contemporary Pilates. The sessions are designed to meet each individual's level and needs. Each session will be a complete workout, with attention to form and alignment while addressing individual imbalances and weaknesses to build strength, length and a balanced pain-free body. Sessions ONLINE will be on the Mat, if you are in my area then you can choose to come to my home studio to work on Pilates apparatus, I have a Reformer, Tower and Wunda chair. I will also come to your home if not too far.
All levels are welcome. Each session is 60-90mins
