About Destinee
I am currently a student majoring in Business economics. I will graduate in 1-2 years with my bachelors and a minor in analytics and decision making. I currently train clients in the university gym and in a local gym for non students. I enjoy music and sports and love to learn new things about people.
My favorite gym activity is powerlifting, and I am currently able to lift 625lbs with the 3 lifts combined.

My lessons start with a simple conversation to identify your goals and availability as well as your past history having to do with any medical issues and previous athleticism.
We will then construct a goal for you and either have in person training or find a way to do online training.
