About Joshua
I started going to the gym in November of 2022 at 16 years old. I was struggling with my body image, I had no confidence, and I massively lacked self-esteem, so I decided to make a change by going to the gym. After almost 3 years of consistency I have gained 40 kilos of body weight, a significant amount of muscle mass, and my confidence and self-esteem has improved so much after the last few years. My journey hasn't been easy, I've struggled a lot and made a lot of mistakes but I have worked through it all to reach my goals. Through my journey, I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer so that I can support anyone, who is interested in fitness, on their journey. I want to help people make that change an easier, time effective, and positive process.

Hi, I'm Joshua, a 19-year-old Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer currently working at Bannatyne as a fitness advisor and PT. I have experience volunteering at Usk Campus Gym in Wales, where I hosted circuit classes for 3 months. I also have several clients at JD that I'm helping at the moment. As a Personal Trainer, I can help you transform your body, strength, and overall general fitness. My lessons are for anyone at any level of fitness, regardless of where you are on your fitness journey. Within the lessons, we will discuss your fitness goals, create a solid workout routine customised to your goals, and provide nutritional and general gym advice. On top of all that, we will do weekly checks to ensure you are progressing and accomplishing the fitness goals set.
