About Sakshi
I'm a calisthenics athlete and coach. I specialize in bodyweight strength training and handstand, fat loss. For me, this is my passion and helping people achieve their goals keeps me going. I like making them believe that it's possible and to see their mindset change along with their body.

My lessons are 100% online 1-to-1, focused on getting you from wall handstand to freestanding handstand safely.
We start with shoulder mobility and wrist prep screening, then build your wall hold, balance drills, and exit strategy. Every session includes live form correction on Zoom plus video review between sessions.
I also coach general fitness clients who want strength, mobility and pain-free movement without heavy equipment.
My approach is simple: personalized programming, not generic YouTube tutorials. Ideal for beginners in Australia looking for structured progress.
Lessons are 45-60 mins. Flexible for AEST evenings. First lesson free for level assessment.
