About Victoria
I enjoy reading, spending time with my dog and cat, and working on creative craft projects, especially ones that allow me to relax and problem-solve. Professionally, I am a middle school computer science and STEM teacher with experience supporting students at varying skill levels. I offer structured, supportive tutoring focused on building strong math foundations, improving confidence, and helping students succeed academically.

I use a clear, supportive, student-centered approach to tutoring. Lessons focus on one skill at a time, with simple explanations, guided practice, and immediate feedback to build confidence and understanding.
A typical session includes a quick check-in, targeted instruction, practice together, and independent work to reinforce the skill. Lessons are flexible and based on what the student needs most.
What sets me apart is my classroom experience as a middle school math teacher. I understand curriculum expectations and common misconceptions, and I create a low-pressure environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
I tutor middle school students (grades 6–8), supporting skill gaps, homework help, test prep, and confidence-building in math.
