Welcome! Meet Andrew Ehigiator, a dedicated math and physics tutor with seven years of professional teaching experience with a Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) and a Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN). Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping numerous students unlock their potential in these subjects and developed a deep understanding of how individuals learn and the specific challenges they often face, especially in writing external examinations such as Common Entrance Examination, Junior secondary school certificate examination, WAEC, NECO, JAMB etc. My approach is rooted in a belief that everyone can succeed with the right guidance and support. I'm eager to get to know you, identify your strengths and areas for growth, and tailor my instruction to help you not only master the material but also develop a genuine appreciation for the logical beauty of mathematics and the fundamental principles of physics.

About the lesson

As a professional math and physics tutor with seven years of experience, my first step with any student is to thoroughly assess their current understanding, learning preferences, and goals. From there, I develop a customized learning plan that addresses their specific needs, whether it's tackling challenging concepts, bridging knowledge gaps, or preparing for exams. My focus is on creating an engaging and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their learning journey.
My personal approach integrates several key strategies for effective learning. This includes pinpointing specific areas requiring attention, focusing on clear explanations and real-world examples, guiding students through the process rather than just providing answers, ensuring continuous improvement and addressing any roadblocks promptly, and encouraging students to embrace challenges and view mistakes as learning opportunities.
