I am an HR professional with over 16 years experience working with people. My life philosophy is "To show up everyday in my authentic, heartful, inspired life to light that candle for others to live their authentic purpose, mindfully and consciously"

I spend 30 minutes on a discovery call with a new client to discuss and understand their challenges. I then design a coaching program specifically for the client based on their unique circumstances and needs.
The coaching programs can vary between 6 weeks to 12 weeks.. I am available to my clients via WhatsApp or Email for those times when a client needs to touch base ourside of our coaching sessions.
Once the coaching program is completed, I have a free check in call with my clients to make sure they are still doing well and off to live their best life.
