About Motolani

Healthy Lifestyle Ambassador, Coach & Wellness Therapist with over 8 years of experience in teaching different types of yoga and several certifications; 200hrs Psychotherapeutic Yoga (USA) 200hrs (Kenya), 500hrs (Nigeria) and Level 2 (Kenya) Certification in Baptiste Yoga Methodology. My goal is to share the practice of yoga till it becomes a lifestyle, a habit in My Community thereby promoting quality of health.

About the lesson

Yoga teacher with over 1000hrs of certification in Psychotherapeutic, Trauma Informed, Power Vinyasa, Prenatal, Special Needs (e.g. Lupus) Yoga and Massage Therapy. Each class is designed to suit the client's needs and preferences. Using the tools of yoga to help individuals reach a balance between life and career as well as having a wholesome life.

She took this into account when designing the classes, making sure that they were challenging enough to keep me interested, but not so challenging that I would be unable to keep up. Yoga is therapeutic but Motolani makes Yoga even more therapeutic. Motolani's Yoga class is engaging from start to finish. It's safe to say she has a special gift being a Yoga instructor almost like MADE FROM HEAVEN.
