About Basheer

I am Shaik Basheer Ahmed, a certified Fitness Coach and national-level weightlifter with over 25 years of experience. I have trained renowned athletes, youth, injured individuals, and working professionals to improve their strength, fitness, and overall performance.

I have worked at the Gopichand Badminton Academy, where I trained well-known athletes, and at Dr. Reddy’s Fitness Center, specializing in strength training, rehabilitation, and performance conditioning.

My training style is friendly, motivating, and well-structured, suitable for both youth and adults who want to improve their health safely and effectively.

About the lesson

My classes are structured to help you improve strength, fitness and overall health through safe and personalised training.

I adjust the workout based on your level — beginner or advanced — depending on your goal. The class is simple to follow, youth-friendly, and suitable for all age groups.

My pricing is simple and flexible:

Offline Personal Training: ₹900 per hour

Online Training (Live Video): ₹700 per hour

Monthly Plans (Online or Offline):

₹15,000 per month : couples/2 people/single
(5 sessions per week — personalized workout plan, diet guidance, and weekly progress tracking)

Group Training (2-hour sessions):

3–5 people: ₹400 per person

I adjust every session according to the client’s level and goal — whether it's fat loss, strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, or general fitness.
