About Rosalind
I am an experienced, fully certified Educator who has taught English at all grade levels. I am also a certified and experienced School Counselor. I believe the combination of skills that I have acquired over the years help me to be patient and more understanding. I believe in listening to the students & completing comprehension check points to make sure we are progressing.

I focus on relationship building with my students. My first goal is to identify their needs and learning gaps to determine a starting level. I believe in meeting students where they are and developing an comprehensive plan to move them gradually to where they need to be. I also believe in differentiated instruction as everyone does not learn the same way or at the same pace. I look forward to working with you.
