MY NAME IS LYANDRA SISIPHO NGASHE, A THIRD YEAR UNIVERSITY OF MPUMALANGA STUDENT WHO IS STUDYING TOWARDS A BACHELOR OF ADMINISTRATION DEGREE. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PASSIONATE ABOUT ENGLISH AND HAVE PREVIOUSLY PARTICIPATED IN SPELLING BEE COMPETITIONS AND ENGLISH DEBATES. MY TWO FAVOURITE SUBJECTS IN HIGH SCHOOL WERE ENGLISH AND ECONOMICS AND I HAVE GREATLY EXCELLED IN BOTH. I AM CERTIFIED FOR ENGLISH TEACHING AND I HAVE PREVIOUSLY OFFERED TUTORING SERVICES IN ENGLISH, ECONOMICS AND BUSINESS STUDIES. I HAVE ALSO WORKED WITH OTHER ONLINE TEACHING PLATFORMS LIKE PREPLY AND ITALKI.

I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO LEARN IS THROUGH PRACTISE, WHICH IS WHAT I WILL BE ENCOURAGING MY STUDENTS TO DO. MY TEACHING STYLE INCLUDES A HIGH ENGAGEMENT WITH MY STUDENTS, WHICH ALLOWS THEM TO BE FREE AND HEARD. I APPRECIATE HEARING FROM MY STUDENTS WHAT THEY WANT TO LEARN AND WHICH LEARNING ASPECTS THEY WOULD LIKE TO IMPROVE. I STRIVE TO ENSURE MY STUDENTS ARE NOT ONLY LEARNING BUT ALSO HAVING FUN IN THE PROCESS. WITH THAT BEING SAID, MY STUDENTS ARE MY FIRST AND ONLY PRIORITY.
