About Rena

I want to be a Chinese teacher because I truly enjoy sharing my language and culture with people from all over the world. Language is more than just words—it connects different cultures and helps people understand each other better.

I love seeing my students make progress, gain confidence in speaking Chinese, and discover the beauty of our traditions and way of thinking. Teaching also allows me to keep learning and communicating with different minds, which makes my life meaningful and fulfilling.

I believe language learning should be patient and encouraging. As a Chinese teacher, I hope to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students can learn happily and communicate bravely

About the lesson

Chinese is my mother tongue, and I have standard pronunciation. I can teach students of different ages and levels. I've been tutoring Chinese part-time since high school. I cover the basics like grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation, while also systematically developing practical skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. I can also customize one-on-one teaching plans based on your Chinese level and specific needs.

My classes are vibrant and engaging. While learning the language, I share popular Chinese songs, classical poetry, and traditional stories with my students. I can help you prepare for the HSK exam, learn practical Chinese for international students, or improve children's speaking skills through various courses.

My classes are designed specifically for those who want to learn Chinese: since everyone has different goals in learning the language, you can first communicate with me, and then I will design the appropriate course content to achieve the best learning outcomes.

I believe the best way to learn a language is to use it. Together, we'll read interesting short texts, discuss trending topics, and write about real feelings—making Chinese a window for you to explore the world and express yourself.
