About SP

I’m Dheeraj Susarla, a certified Carnatic vocalist from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, performing artist, and celebrity vocal coach with over 4.5 years of teaching experience.

I’ve been featured in the internationally acclaimed film RRR (song: “Janani”) under Oscar awardee M.M. Keeravani, and have collaborated with renowned composers including Vishal Chandrashekhar and other leading music directors. I’ve also worked on web series and films with reputed production houses, with projects streaming on platforms like Amazon Prime Video and Disney+ Hotstar.

With 500+ concerts and 250+ Bhajan performances across India, I’ve performed on prestigious stages including the Statue of Equality Inauguration before audiences exceeding 65,000, and have been featured on major television channels such as TV9, ETV, NTV, and SVBC. Alongside student training, I work as a celebrity vocal coach, having trained and guided personalities including Prakash Raj, Shafi, and other artists from the film and entertainment industry.

As a teacher, I view music as an integrated art form rather than isolated styles. My training is firmly rooted in the discipline and structure of Carnatic music, forming the foundation for Shruti, Laya, and voice culture. I bridge modern musical sensibilities with timeless classical depth — focusing on application over theory so music is experienced, internalized, and lived.

Drawing relatable connections — from contemporary songs to the keertanas of Saint Thyagaraja — helps students understand tradition with clarity and respect. Classes are designed to spark curiosity, build lasting passion, and provide a holistic yet structured learning journey blending fundamentals, Bhajans, voice culture, and performance guidance.

I teach students aged 4 to 65, from absolute beginners to aspiring performers, through both online and offline sessions — offering disciplined, encouraging, and professional training.
