About Faith

Hello There! My name is Faith and I am a native English speaker from the beautiful South Africa. I am 22 years of age and have recently completed my Bachelor of Laws degree, I am also very passionate about teaching English and have a 120-hour TEFL certificate which has equipped me with a strong foundation that is needed to teach English. During my leisure time, I enjoy baking, singing, reading novels, writing songs, and playing netball.

I love teaching because it allows me to empower students, fostering their growth and knowledge. Witnessing their progress and the 'aha' moments is incredibly rewarding, motivating me to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

About the lesson

I promise to be the teacher that you have never hadthrough my friendly, patient, supportive, teaching style and lessons customized to each student's needs, we shall achieve your English goals. I offer English lessons for all levels and ages, from beginner to proficient.

I am all about creating a warm, relaxed, encouraging, and supportive learning environment for my students. I understand that students can sometimes feel self-conscious or worried about making mistakes when learning a new language, I make sure to respond positively to their efforts, praise their progress, and reassure them that mistakes are a normal part of the learning process. I want my students to feel comfortable speaking up and trying out new language skills. While learning English does require hard work, I also believe that we learn more when we are engaged and having fun, and that is why I like to incorporate interactive activities, dialogues, role-plays, games, and lighthearted humor into my lessons when appropriate. This keeps students motivated and makes the learning experience more enjoyable for both of us. I pay attention to their interests and tailor activities accordingly

My teaching also covers every type of English you may need:
- Conversational - Building practical communication skills for travel, friends, and family.

-I offer help with exam Preparation, in which we focus on writing, understanding and vocabulary building.

- Business / Work - English for professional workplace use and interviews.

- Kids / Beginners - Fun foundations in vocabulary, reading, and speaking for young learners.

- Traveling - Essential English for vacations, airports, and tours

- Literature / Writing - Proper grammar, academic writing, reading comprehension.

I offer a supportive approach focused on your needs and goals. Together we will identify areas for improvement and achieve success through positive learning tailored to your strengths.
