About Anna
Hi, I'm Anna! I'm originally from Mexico and currently living in New Zealand. Teaching English has been my passion for over 11 years because I love seeing people grow in confidence and discover new opportunities through language.
As someone who learned English as a second language myself, I understand both the challenges and the rewards of the journey. That experience has shaped the way I teach—with patience, empathy, and plenty of encouragement.
I hold both the Cambridge CELTA and TKT qualifications, and I believe learning English should feel practical, enjoyable, and empowering. Whether you're studying, working, or starting a new life in an English-speaking country, I'd be delighted to help you reach your goals.

I hold both the Cambridge CELTA and TKT qualifications and have 11 years of experience teaching English, mainly to teenagers and adults from different cultural backgrounds. I use a communicative, student-centred approach, focusing on real conversations and practical English you can use outside the classroom.
