About Aditya
I let the students speak 80% of the time so that they get into the habit of speaking in English.
The broad strategy of my teaching is -- Speak English first, then learn the grammar or pronunciation, if that is what is required.
Also, the structure of class is 1:1 so that I could give my undivided attention to the student.
This makes me focus more on what the student needs to work on; is it grammar,structure of sentences, pronunciation etc.
In this way I can guide students in working on the areas that needs attention.
There will be a lot of opportunities to speak on a diverse range of topics as per the interests of the student
