Hi, I’m April Joy, a friendly and dedicated English tutor with experience teaching children, teenagers, and adults. I have CELTA and TESOL certifications and experience teaching English both online and in the classroom. I create lessons that are comfortable, engaging, and suited to each student’s needs and goals.

Hi, I’m April Joy, an English tutor with experience teaching both children and adults. I believe English learning should be simple, practical, and enjoyable. I use conversations, real-life situations, role-plays, vocabulary, pronunciation practice, and simple grammar activities, adjusting each lesson to the student’s level and goals.
A typical lesson starts with a short warm-up, followed by useful words and expressions, guided practice, and conversation or activities. I also give friendly corrections and feedback to help students improve.
With my CELTA and TESOL training and experience teaching different age groups, I focus on creating a comfortable environment where students can build confidence and use English in real-life situations. I teach young learners, beginners to intermediate students, adults, and young professionals, with lessons covering phonics, grammar, pronunciation, conversational English, Business English, and workplace communication.
