About Raissa
I am a graduate from the University of Toronto - focusing on Cell and Systems Biology, Statistics and Immunology
I currently work as a Research Analyst focusing on cancer risks via one's job.
I am an international student and have given two standardized English proficiency tests: TOEFL (118/20) and IELTS (8.5/9)
I enjoy teaching, and have been told by peers and colleagues and previous students that I can explain topics well and listen well to students queries in answering them.
Having experienced and understanding the value of a good teacher, I hope to help students achieve their academic goals, as well as improve my teaching skills as I wish to ultimately pursue a career in teaching in the future.
