I had a great experience learning to sing with Matt. I had no prior experience in singing, and he very much put me at ease and helped build my confidence. Lessons were dynamic and fun and not overly technical, as that wasn’t really what I was looking for. When I initially went to see Matt for singing lessons, it would be fair to say that my singing voice wasn’t particularly good. I genuinely didn’t hold out too much hope as I’d had singing lessons in the past, without seeing any real signs of improvement. Fast forward a couple of years later with Matt‘s help, I now often have people compliment me on my singing, even on a professional basis, whereby I’ve submitted my own music, and cover songs that I’ve recorded. I genuinely couldn’t recommend Matt highly enough!

I studied singing with Matt for a couple of years. I had other teachers previously but still felt I had a lot to learn.

Whilst learning with Matt, I learned how to control vibrato. I learned not just how to place my voice ie , chest mix and head. But also how each felt.

Apart from being an excellent teacher, I found him funny and interesting. Quite refreshing.
