About Snehita
I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a degree in Statistics. My coursework required mastery of mathematical concepts at every level, and I've spent years translating complex quantitative ideas into clear, actionable insights.
Since graduating, I've been working on building startups. The last one I was at was focused on changing the way math is taught in schools.
I believe the best math tutoring happens when students understand why something works, not just how to solve it. My goal is to build genuine understanding and confidence, not just help you get the right answer on tonight's homework.
In our sessions, I focus on: meeting you where you are, breaking down complex problems, building problem-solving skills, and creating a judgment-free space.
I work with students from middle school through college level, and I prefer to tutor online via Zoom or Google Meet. Looking forward to working with you!
