About Zykerria
Hi! My name is Zykerria, and I am a motivated high school student who enjoys helping others learn and understand new things. I am patient, responsible, and willing to take the time to explain things in a way that makes sense to each student. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I try to create a positive and comfortable environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed. I enjoy working with younger students and helping them build confidence in their schoolwork.

My goal as a tutor is to make learning feel comfortable, simple, and encouraging. I am patient and will explain concepts step by step, using examples and practice questions to help students understand instead of just memorizing answers. A typical lesson will begin by identifying what the student needs help with, reviewing the topic, practicing together, and ending with a few questions to make sure they understand. I primarily work with elementary and middle school students who need support with English, reading, basic math, or homework. I want every student to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in their ability to learn.
