About Nikita
I’m a finance professional with deep experience across corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity, having worked with leading firms including Jones Lang LaSalle, Citi, and Heitman. Over the years, I’ve also mentored professionals navigating early and mid-career transitions — a role I value deeply, having benefited from the right guidance myself during what felt like daunting periods. I believe that having someone to help unlock ideas, talk through day-to-day challenges, and offer perspective can be transformative, giving individuals the confidence to move forward with clarity and purpose.
Academically, I hold an MBA from India and a master’s degree from University College London (UCL), which together underpin a strong analytical and technical foundation. I’m now channelling this experience into entrepreneurship with an aim to building platforms that combine operational rigour with strategic vision.
Having lived in both Mumbai and London, and worked on transactions across multiple countries in Europe and the Middle East, I bring a nuanced understanding of diverse cultures and professional contexts — and how these can be successfully navigated to build a compelling story for roles in London. With over a decade of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and private equity, I bring both practical insight and first-hand knowledge of what it takes to be successful in competitive finance careers.
Having moved from India to build my career in finance in London, I know the challenges internationals face — from visa hurdles to breaking into top firms. My coaching aims to bring structured frameworks, tailored strategies, and practical industry insight to help you navigate this highly competitive environment.
I will work with you to optimise your CV, prepare you for interviews with clarity and confidence - focusing on body language, communication, and the practical strategies that make a strong impression in the room. Having interviewed candidates myself for investment banking and private equity roles, I will guide you through the actual practical questions that are asked and show you how to position yourself effectively. I will also prepare you for technical interviews by walking you through financial modelling exercises and case-based assessments, giving you the confidence to perform under pressure.
