About Stephanie
I am a Senior Lecturer having worked in a Business School with 19 years’ experience supporting Business, Management and Marketing students as they prepare for their future careers. My background spans both academic and professional service roles, giving me a unique understanding of how universities, employers and students connect. I have led employability and placement activity across the Business School, delivered professional development modules to large student cohorts, and built strong partnerships with employers ranging from SMEs to major organisations. I’m also a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE and currently completing a PhD exploring students’ experiences of mentoring. My approach is friendly, practical and confidence-building, and I enjoy helping students recognise their strengths, develop their professional identity and take clear steps toward meaningful graduate roles.

I take a warm, practical and confidence-building approach to career coaching. My sessions are interactive and tailored to each student’s goals, whether that’s securing a first graduate role, strengthening applications or gaining clarity about career direction. I combine structured employability techniques with supportive mentoring, drawing on 19 years’ experience as a Senior Lecturer and Employability Lead. Lessons last 60 minutes and are ideal for Business, Management, Marketing and related students or graduates who want clear guidance, honest feedback and practical strategies they can apply straight away.
