About EVNEET

Hello, I’m Evneet, an optometrist and a licensed optician in Canada with academic and clinical experience in both India and Canada. I am passionate about helping students understand optical concepts in a simple, practical and confidence-building way.
Having worked with patients and optical dispensing in real clinical environments, I understand that many students struggle when theory feels disconnected from practical application. My goal is to bridge that gap by teaching concepts with clarity, patience and real-world examples.
I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style according to the student’s pace and comfort level. Whether you need help strengthening your basics, preparing for exams or improving your understanding of contact lenses and optics, I focus on making learning less stressful and more engaging.
Students appreciate my friendly and supportive approach, especially when learning topics they previously found difficult or intimidating. I encourage questions during class and make sure concepts are properly understood rather than simply memorized.

About the lesson

I believe in making optometry and optical concepts easy to understand through practical examples and interactive learning rather than memorization. As a Canadian licensed optician and optometrist with international clinical exposure, my teaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals while also helping students understand real-life clinical applications.
My classes are structured according to the student’s level and goals. A typical session usually begins with a quick revision of previous concepts, followed by step-by-step explanation of new topics using diagrams, examples and practical scenarios. I also focus on solving doubts during the class to ensure students fully understand each concept before moving forward.
I teach subjects including optics, refraction, contact lenses, optical dispensing and basic clinical optometry. I especially enjoy simplifying difficult topics and helping students build confidence in areas they previously found confusing.
My teaching style is patient, friendly and personalized. I adapt my methods depending on how the student learns best, whether they prefer conceptual understanding, visual explanations or repeated practice. I also share practical tips from real clinical and dispensing experience which helps students connect theory with professional practice.
Classes are suitable for optometry students, opticianry students, beginners entering the optical field and anyone looking to strengthen their understanding of optics and contact lenses.
