About Anna
Hello, my name is Anna and I am a University of Nottingham graduate with BMedSci and BMBS degrees. I have always had a keen interest in teaching and so whilst a student at university, I have done lecture-based, small group and individual teaching of both theory and practical skills. With my background in science and having presented at and won awards at conferences, I can offer assistance in preparing for poster presentations. Recently, I have been abroad working as an English Language Assistant and with this experience, I can also offer English speaking practice.

I can offer sessions across a broad range of subjects including:
- primary and high school, GCSE and A-Level Biology, Chemistry and Maths
- preparing scientific conference posters and presentations
- practicing speaking with English as a foreign language
I am happy to work with school-age students as well as adult learners. I would initially like to discuss with the student what their goals are and discuss which learning methods they think work best for them. Using this information, I would structure the sessions and ask for feedback from the student to make sure they are benefiting from the sessions.
