About Angela
I am a second year student at Southern New Hampshire University. I am studying for my associate's in IT. I am also studying for a certification in CompTIA A+. I am considered advanced when it comes to basic computing skills. I do not have any technical certifications but I have references that can verify my skill with computers.
Even before school, I have been using computers for so long, specifically since I was a toddler! I was always advanced in my grade school's computer classes.
I'm looking to get myself out there, baby steps. I'm here so you don't need to spend a lot of $$$ on a PC tech for simple things.

During my lessons, I'm here to ask you what you know and answer your questions. If you are someone who says"I know nothing about computers!" I can make you into someone who knows a good amount! I can walk you through PC settings, Microsoft word, and similar programs.
For diagnostics/repairs, I can do
-Basic cleaning of inside the machine
-Narrowing an issue to a specific part
-Changing out things that have failed
-Virus + malware treatment
Small businesses or people working online during the pandemic are prime candidates if they aren't confident in their computer skills!
