I have worked in the health care industry for decades as a nurse and supervisor. I have retired from that profession to move onto TESL. I have graduated from Oxford Seminars with both a TESL and TESL Business English diplomas.

I first need to get an understanding of the level of grammar and comprehension, that a student is performing at. From there, I would discuss a plan with the student to get them to where they want to be; with specific goals.
