About Luna
Hi, I’m Luna! I’m a recent graduate of the University of Cambridge, where I studied biology. Prior to this English Literature was my passion - achieving an A* at A-Level.
I’ve always loved learning, but as a neurodivergent person I didn’t always get on with the way school was set up. That experience shapes how I teach: I know that understanding something isn’t the same as showing it in a classroom or an exam, and that the right approach can make all the difference. I love sharing my passion for learning with students who think a subject just isn’t for them and helping them see it differently.
Whatever you’re working towards, I’d love to help you feel confident and capable.

My lessons are tailored to each student and usually last an hour. I’ve been tutoring for six years and have worked with students of all ages and abilities, so I’m comfortable pitching things at the right level, whether you’re building foundations or aiming for top grades.
In our first sessions I’ll get a sense of how you learn best and where the gaps or worries are, then plan lessons around that. I’m a big believer in problem solving together: we’ll work through questions step by step, so you understand the reasoning behind each answer and things click rather than just being memorised. We’ll also use past paper practice to build exam technique and get you exam ready, with feedback along the way.
I also offer a free 30-minute trial session, so we can make sure we’re the right fit before you commit to anything.
