I have a first-class degree in history and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge, where I studied early modern (Tudor and Stuart) British history, American history, French history and world history.
I have extensive experience developing students' knowledge and understanding as well as their essay writing and exam technique.

I have ten years' experience as a teacher and leader in a large UK school and three years' experience as a full-time online tutor.
I have taught A-level history for 13 years and have taught students across the full range of exam boards.
