About Miles
Having graduated in the top 10 students of my class, I was able to score an A on the AICE Math exam, as well as 5's on both the AP Calculus AB and AP Calculus BC exams, so I can certainly help you prepare for these and similar exams!
I have always viewed math as more of a fun puzzle than a stressful chore, but I am well aware that the public education system can often take away a student's enthusiasm. I was lucky enough to have wonderful teachers in my high school career, and I hope to be able to emulate their teaching styles and techniques.
I understand that everyone learns a bit differently, and I look forward to working with each student to find new techniques and methods that can making learning fun again!

Struggling in your AP or AICE math classes? I'm here to help!
A typical lesson with me will start with us figuring out what exactly you are struggling with, so that I can personalize our lesson plan to your needs. Don't understand a formula or concept? I can go over the fundamentals with you, and then we can do some practice problems together. Finally, I can nudge you in the right direction as you solve some problems on your own!
These lessons are specifically targeted at high schoolers taking advanced math courses, though I could certainly help students in regular math classes a well!
