About Athalia
I am a first year student at Calcutta University. I can speak Hindi, English and Bengali fluently. I also dabble in a little bit of Sanskrit! I lived in Nepal for a while, and that is where I first became interested in observing the little dialects and roots of this beautiful language. My father had a job that requires a lot of travel, so I moved around a lot. Learnt a lot from so many beautiful people, and hoping to learn a lot more!

Hey! I'm a native Hindi speaker from India. I love reading Hindi literature and poetry, and I think it's one of the most beautiful languages in the world. I love to write a little bit of poetry on my own as well. This is a class where we will explore the roots of this language, and in the process, try to fall in love with learning itself!
