About Anjali

Struggling to improve your CAIE A-Level Physics (9702) grades despite studying hard? I help students improve their performance by focusing on clear concepts, structured answers, and exactly what examiners expect.

I’ve worked with students to improve grades (including E to C improvements and strong A/B results) by building a solid understanding and applying the right exam strategy.

I specialize exclusively in the Cambridge AS & A-Level Physics (9702) syllabus. I have over 3 years of experience and a proven track record of helping students achieve their goals:

1.Long-term Success: Mentored an AS-Level student from Day 1 of the session to achieve a solid Grade A in the Feb/March 2025 series.
2.Consistent Growth: Guided a full-term student to a successful Grade B in their 2025 AS-Level finals.
3.Retake Specialist: Helped two retake students jump from Grade E to Grade C in the Oct/Nov 2025 session by fixing deep conceptual gaps.
4.GCSE Excellence: Assisted a UK-based student in achieving a Grade 9 (highest possible score).

Outside of the classroom, I am a creative writer and a fan of logic puzzles, which helps me find unique and simple ways to explain abstract theories.

About the lesson

My classes are focused strictly on the Cambridge (CAIE) 9702 curriculum. I don't believe in shortcuts or fake promises; I believe in building a foundation of logic and mastering the exam pattern.

My approach includes:
1. Marking Scheme Mastery: We analyze past papers to understand 'command words' and exactly what examiners look for in a high-grade answer.
2. Numerical Scaffolding: I provide step-by-step frameworks to solve complex, multi-step calculations without confusion.
3. Conceptual Foundations: We tackle the most challenging topics—like Mechanics and Electricity—until they feel intuitive.

In our first session:
We will work through a sample problem together and discuss the specific topics you find most difficult. This is a chance for us to see if my teaching style matches your learning needs before we plan any further.
