Why does success and fulfillment escape most people? There are many factors that can impact our ability to successfully execute our ideal life plan, but the one common and most widely accepted factor holding us back from manifesting our destiny is our mind. This is because the human brain is hardwired and pre-programmed to keep you safe, to avoid the uncomfortable, to prevent pain, to take the easy route and conserve energy.
Taking control of our future and initiating actions that continually contribute to the life we want takes sacrifice, commitment and risk. These conditions can often create stress, anxiety and sometimes painful circumstances that require discipline and determination to overcome, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that we really want to avoid experiencing those feelings, right?
In order to change the outcome and reach your true potential you must re-invent yourself - create a belief and vision of your successful self to aspire towards. But, you must believe you have accomplished this already before you can successfully adopt the necessary, and sustainable, habits and behaviours.
Your manifested success habits and behaviours will anchor your actions and beliefs and continually move you forward as long as you continue to assess where you are in relation to where you want to be.
