About Rory
I have a first class degree in Media and Communications from Swansea University, and I'm currently studying for a Masters in Business Management from the University of Auckland.
I've spent the last 5 years working in both finance and marketing, and my roles included heavy emphasis in literary ability and writing to a professional standard. My goal is to pass on my experience, both in academia and the professional workplace, to new students.

As a tutor its vital to take the needs of the student to heart before commencing any lessons, as to do otherwise risks losing touch with the goals of the students and their preferred learning style.
In my experience, no two students learn the same way, and with this in mind I like to take time to understand what resonates. I then combine this approach to their expected learning outcome to create a tailored learning plan.
I am happy to teach students of all ages and ability, and my classes tend to run for 45-60 minutes depending on the lesson content.
