About Silvana

After finishing my Master’s in Business Analysis and working in IT (Oracle) and management consulting (A.T. Kearney) I switched gears and went for the startup world - in this regard, I have contributed to building a school in Paris (L'Autre Ecole) and be a partner in a tech startup (Mission Automate). My professional journey and all the challenges I've been through led me to the coaching path, therefore I've completed Business Coaching Diploma Programme run by PwC and I became an associate certified coach with ICF (International Coaching Federation). Currently, I am focused on having a balanced life while working remotely for 5 years now, so when I am not working, I go dancing, horseriding, playing tennis, or swimming.

I have worked, studied, and lived in the USA, France, Germany, Italy and Romania.

About the lesson

My coaching approach is based on bringing clarity, structure, and energy so that you can find your own solutions, develop skills, and change your attitude and behavior. My purpose in coaching is to help you close the gap between your current state and your potential.
