About William
With over 40 years of invaluable experience in various industries, I have played a pivotal role as a manager, specializing in the training and education of staff ranging from senior managers to blue-collar workers.
Recently, I've added a new feather to my cap by successfully qualifying with TEFL 5, completing 300 hours of training. This certification has fueled my enthusiasm to make a positive difference in the lives of others through teaching English at all levels. and education.
My extensive background in industry management, coupled with my newfound qualification, positions me uniquely to contribute to the development and growth of individuals across various levels and backgrounds. I am eager to leverage my wealth of knowledge and the skills acquired through TEFL to create meaningful learning experiences.

Prior to the 1st lesson, I would like to conduct a Needs Analysis with my student, to identify his/her strengths and weaknesses. This enables me to focus on specific material to ensure the student is able to achieve his/her set goals.
