About Tarun
I have Bachelor's degrees in Math & Computer Science and Business Administration, Master's degrees in MIS and MBA, and a Doctorate in Business Administration. In addition to my academic credentials, I have published numerous articles in IT publications and used to run my own podcast called ITea Time with Tarun. I hope to continue that podcast again in the near future.
I run my own IT training/consulting company called Abundent, and we have been recognized in the industry a number of times, winning awards in the Top 100 startups in Malaysia, Top 30 AI companies in Malaysia, and most recently, winning the Malaysia Technology Excellence Awards for our edtech platform that powers our IT academy.

I use an applied and practical approach to teaching that prepares individuals for jobs in the real world. I discuss my over 25 years of experience and how it can help others prepare for a successful career in IT or other STEM field.
I am fairly unique in the marketplace because I've been a university lecturer, industry expert, corporate trainer, venture capitalist, and entrepreneur. I therefore have experience in basically all aspects of the IT industry, from academia to industry.
The lessons are for beginners to advanced practitioners. So whether you're looking to get your feet wet in a completely new domain or just want to improve your skills in a particular area, I can help. I help individuals to transition to IT careers, and cater to underserved communities in particular.
