About Khushi

Hello! I’m Khushi, and I’m passionate about making Math simple, clear, and enjoyable for students. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in Business Analytics (Data Science) from La Trobe University. Along with my academic background, I currently work as a Business Analyst, which allows me to connect classroom Math to real-world problem-solving. As a tutor, I create a supportive and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning at their own pace. I adapt my lessons to the needs of each child — whether they are just starting to build basic number skills or advancing in algebra and geometry. What sets me apart is my combination of strong academic knowledge, professional experience, and a patient teaching style. I believe every student can succeed in Math with the right guidance, and I am committed to helping them build both skills and confidence. My lessons are designed for students aged 5–15, and my goal is always the same: to help every child feel, “Yes, I can do Math!”

About the lesson

Hi, I’m Khushi! I believe Math should feel easy, clear, and even fun for every child. My goal is to make students feel confident by breaking down tricky concepts into simple, step-by-step explanations. In my lessons, I use real-life examples, visual aids, and interactive exercises to keep students engaged. For younger children (5–10 years), I make learning playful with games and puzzles. For older students (11–15 years), I provide structured practice for topics like algebra, geometry, and statistics, as well as support for homework and assignments. A typical session includes a quick recap, clear explanation of the topic, guided practice, and independent problem-solving. I always finish with a short summary so the student leaves the lesson feeling accomplished. What sets me apart is my strong academic background – a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and a Master’s in Business Analytics – combined with my real-world experience as a Business Analyst. I bring patience, encouragement, and a flexible teaching style tailored to each student’s needs.
