About Shadé
I am not a teacher by profession or qualification, all I can say is my kid did not want to read soI started doing so in order to understand him more. I also helped a few kids in my area with similar struggles. I have a passion for the work I can do with children and improving their lives through learning.

Im a mom so I am aware that teaching your own child can be difficult, finding the time can even be worse, but patience is something that I have developed through this.
I am proficient in English and have a fair amount of knowledge in Afrikaans so am able to understand and respond, when required to do so.
I will assess, each learners needs, and adapt accordingly, use some visual aids to teach, games, stories therefore making it fun so that they would want to learn.
I would prefer to start off with kids ages 4-8 and if they are older and struggling to read then I am willing to help, my aim is aid our children in reading and to show them a whole new world through their imaginations.
