I am a Building Services BIM Manager. I have been working in building services for 10 years both in Australia and abroad. I have been training staff members and students for 5 years, and hold a Certificate IV in training and assessment.

I prefer one-one on sessions as I find this is the best way to really simple instructions that are tailored to the learner's needs. I ask the areas of concern and then detail up a session plan on how to approach the specified areas.
