About Senuwara
Hi, I’m Senuwara, a Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science student at the University of Western Australia.
I completed my WACE and ATAR examinations, achieving an ATAR of 98.95. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the academic expectations, exam techniques and study strategies required for success in the Western Australian school system.
Through my university studies, I have continued to develop a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, chemistry and analytical problem-solving. I understand that every student learns differently, so I aim to create a patient, supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
I am organized, reliable and committed to preparing lessons that match each student’s individual needs. My goal is not only to help students improve their grades, but also to help them develop confidence, independence and a genuine understanding of the subjects they study.

My tutoring approach focuses on building a strong understanding of each topic rather than relying only on memorisation. I explain concepts step by step, use clear examples and adjust my teaching style to suit each student’s learning pace, confidence and ability.
Lessons can include concept explanations, worked examples, practice questions, homework support, revision and exam preparation. I also help students improve their problem-solving skills, study techniques and confidence when answering difficult questions.
A typical lesson is 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for revision or exam preparation.
My lessons are suitable for students of all school levels, including primary school, lower secondary school, Years 11 and 12, and ATAR students. Each lesson is personalised according to the student’s current level, school curriculum and academic goals.
