About Mary

I like to keep learning experiences fun by incorporating creativity, childhood story telling and more. I am multicultural with my mother being born in El Salvador, and grew up speaking both languages at home. K-12, I took each class (geography, math etc) in both languages and also Spanish reading and writing. I loved my Spanish literature classes most as the story telling and poetry in Spanish was much more immersive of an experience. I am excited to share some of those favorite stories with you!

I excelled in colloquial or textbook Spanish language in my grade school years, earning college credits along the way. I look forward to helping others build confidence in learning a second language!
