About Sim
I am a second year neuroscience student at Simon Fraser University, with a solid experience in teaching. I am able to tutor many subjects in the grade 1-12 levels, especially math and sciences. I work one one one with my students to address their needs, and establish a lesson plan to help them succeed in their classes while gaining confidence in their skills.

I like to personally connect with my tutees, to ensure they are understanding the material on a deeper level. I implement various techniques to help them learn. I will identify any weak areas of the student, and help to make those into areas of strength. Throughout the years, I have acquired many study techniques which I will be happy to share with my tutees to ensure their success.
Typical lesson plan:
- Reviewing material of the topic
- Going over (LOTS of) practice examples
- Allowing student to tackle some practice examples on their own, with guidance
- Answering any questions/concerns of the student.
*Lesson plans are able to be changed in order to meet the students needs.
